Trusted Technology Partnership named Managed Service Provider of the Year at the South Coast Tech and Innovation Awards 2026

We are delighted to announce that Trusted Technology Partnership has been named Managed Service Provider of the Year at the South Coast Tech and Innovation Awards 2026.

In healthcare, technology success is measured by the outcomes it enables. The greatest impact comes from helping NHS teams navigate complexity, solve practical challenges and keep patient care at the centre of every decision.

That is why winning this award means so much to everyone at Trusted Technology Partnership. It recognises both our progress and the value we deliver across the health service every day.

Over the past year, healthcare providers have faced growing demand, workforce pressures, ageing infrastructure and ambitious digital transformation programmes. They need more than remote technical support; they need a partner who understands the technical and operational realities of delivering exceptional care.

Building Technology Services Around NHS Needs

For 30 years, Trusted Technology Partnership has helped health and care organisations improve services and reduce risk through technology. Every infrastructure, system and support decision is shaped by a simple principle: helping clinical and operational teams deliver the best possible care.

The award judges recognised our NHS expertise, alongside our in-house software development capability, employee-owned culture, and continued growth. Together, these strengths enable us to respond to the evolving needs of NHS organisations with solutions that are practical, resilient and tailored to their environments.

This recognition follows a year of investment in our managed services, complex infrastructure projects, UK-sovereign software platforms and major transformation programmes, all designed to help NHS organisations navigate change with confidence.

Growth With Purpose

Over the past 12 months, we have welcomed new customers, expanded our team, and broadened our services. This progress allows us to invest further in our people and enhance the technology and operational solutions we provide to our NHS partners.

That investment matters as NHS technology environments become more complex. Cyber security threats are evolving, cloud adoption is accelerating, data demands are increasing, and expectations for service resilience continue to rise. Meeting these challenges requires deep technical expertise combined with a genuine understanding of healthcare delivery.

As we continue to grow, our focus is on making sure our customers have the support and expertise they need to adapt to these changes. The progress we've made over the past year has strengthened our ability to do that and we remain committed to delivering reliable services that help NHS organisations operate effectively every day.

The Difference Employee Ownership Makes

The judges also recognised our employee-owned culture. Employee ownership gives every colleague a stake in customer outcomes and supports long-term thinking, collaboration and accountability. This helps us build lasting partnerships rather than transactional relationships.

This award belongs to all colleagues across the business, from engineers and service desk technicians to project managers, software developers and business support teams. Their expertise and commitment make a tangible difference to the healthcare teams we support.

Reflecting on the award, Pauline Gray, Managing Director of Trusted Technology Partnership, said:

“This recognition means a great deal because it reflects the skill and commitment our colleagues bring to their work every day. I'm enormously proud of how people across the business have worked together to meet complex challenges and deliver results that matter.

Our mission is to provide NHS organisations with the dependable technology solutions they need to care for patients. Seeing that work recognised is a wonderful achievement for the whole team.”

Pauline's comments capture what the award represents: recognition of the people behind the services and solutions our customers rely on.

A Recognition of Partnership

This award is also a recognition of the partnerships we have built with health and care organisations over many years.

We are grateful for the trust our customers place in us and the opportunity to support the critical services they deliver. Their challenges, priorities, and ambitions continue to shape how we develop our services and invest in new capabilities.

As we look ahead, our focus remains on helping NHS organisations navigate change with dependable expertise and technology that improve services for their workforce and communities.
